New Case Management System - Please Register

To further improve services, The Arizona Department of Economic Security (ADES), Division of Child Support Services (DCSS) has upgraded to a new case management system called AZCARES. case has been converted to the new child support customer portal. Employers must register in the new portal to continue to receive electronic notices for employees. This portal is no longer available.
